Il Chiostro di Santa Caterina

Un tempo monastero di clausura per suore più importante della città, dal 2017 Santa Caterina è aperto al pubblico e visitabile in veste di museo. Al centro di questo mondo nascosto troviamo il chiostro, un giardino meraviglioso dove si trovano alberi e piante tipici dell’isola. Al suo interno si trova la dolceria, dove vengono riprodotti i dolci secondo le antiche ricette delle suore • #molosanterasmo

Once the most important cloistered monastery for nuns in the city, since 2017 Santa Caterina has been open to the public and can be visited as a museum. At the center of this hidden world we find the cloister, a wonderful garden where there are trees and plants typical of the island. Inside there is the sweet shop, where the sweets are reproduced according to the ancient recipes of the nuns.
